Where do you compound my products?
✔ We are located in East Brisbane, Queensland. Médicii Laboratories is an Australian registered pharmacy specialising in compounding medicines. Our accredited pharmacists prepare all compounding prescriptions and work with your doctor to provide the best possible solution for you. The procedures comply with all Australian Pharmacy Regulations and our low overheads allow us to pass on tremendous savings to our customers.
How do I know if I am using or taking my products correctly?
✔ We will provide you with detailed information so that you get the most out of your treatment. Our pharmacist will also contact you to answer any questions you may have. Quality use of medicines is always important to us.
Do I need to come in and pick up my products?
✔ We offer our customers two options:
1) Prescription orders are shipped using an express post service to their home or work address.
2) Customers can also choose to Click & Collect at their preferred pharmacy. Express shipping usually takes 2-3 working days depending on your location. Please refer to our shipping tab for more details.
What if the product I am looking for is not listed on your website?
✔ We cannot list everything here because we have a database of over 2000 formulas. Please send us an email.
Why does the product only have a 30 to 90 day expiry?
✔ The expiry date for all compounded medicines is labelled to comply with the Australian Pharmaceutical Formulary for compounding. This is to ensure patients do not keep their unused medicines for months or years to come, rendering their effectiveness.
What if I am not happy with the products?
✔ We take pride in every compounded product we make and ensure our customers receive the best possible health solution. If you are unhappy with the quality of the products when it is received, we will send you a replacement or give you your money back.
